If you wish to make an appointment you may call one of the Relate GMS centres or make a booking online, using the system below. If you do make a booking online, you will need to accompany this with an advance payment for your first appointment.

Once we have received your contribution and your completed booking form we will contact you to offer you an appointment as soon as possible. If we are unable to offer you an appointment within one calendar month during the times you have stated that you are available, we will refund your contribution via Paypal.
